Put the question to a person

There is no assessment and no diagnosis at the end of this. We never receive anything you entered into a tool on this site, and we will not ask you for details you have not volunteered.

Free help, before anything else

If a written guide isn't enough, these are free and independent. None of them are commercial partners of ours.

  • A GP or primary-care doctor can raise or refer sexual-health concerns without it going any further than that conversation — and they have heard this before, many times.
  • Sexual-health clinics see this as ordinary clinical work, not as anything to be embarrassed about.
  • Certified sex therapists and AASECT-listed counsellors specialise in exactly this and are often covered, or partly covered, by insurance.
  • If a relationship is the pressure point, a couples counsellor is often more useful than reading alone.

Step one

A person reads it

Not a bot and not a queue — someone reads what you wrote.

Step two

You get a reply by email

Usually within a couple of days, pointing at whatever on the site actually helps.

Step three

That is it

No follow-up sequence, no sales call, and nothing passed to anyone else.

We do not publish an email address, so this form is the fastest route to a person. We cannot assess you, diagnose anything, or tell you what to do about your own situation — for that, the resources page lists people who can.
