Editorial Policy
How Orgasm.id is written, reviewed, corrected and kept independent.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently of commercial ones. No partner, advertiser or affiliate programme sees content before publication, approves it, or holds any right of review. Nobody can buy a position, a favourable description, or the removal of a drawback.
Sourcing
Material claims are sourced to a primary source — a regulator, a public health body, a peer-reviewed study, or a provider's own published terms — and linked. We do not cite other blogs as authority, and we do not turn a general pattern into a specific number.
Tone on sensitive subjects
This portfolio covers subjects people feel judged about. We write without shame language, without moralising, and without treating an adult as a patient or a problem. We do not use clinical labels about a reader, and we do not describe anyone's private life as broken.
Who writes this
Content is produced by the Orgasm.id editorial team, which researches, drafts and reviews each page against this policy and our methodology. We are not licensed clinicians, therapists or counsellors and we never present ourselves as any of those. Where a subject genuinely needs a professional, we say so and help you prepare for that conversation instead of substituting for it.
